Who runs this
- Order at C40 is a community-only pilot run by L. Manohar, a Candeur 40 resident. It is not a company or a marketplace.
- Orders are accepted only from Candeur 40 residents, for delivery inside Candeur 40.
How orders work
- You place a pre-order on this page before the batch cutoff shown on the home page.
- Only confirmed orders are processed. L. Manohar will call you to confirm your order, the final amount and the delivery details.
- We buy and cut only what has been ordered for that batch, so quantities are limited to confirmed orders.
Payment
- No payment is taken on this website.
- Accepted: cash on delivery or UPI / online transfer. We confirm the amount when we call you.
Final weight and price
- If the final packed weight differs from your order, we'll confirm the final payable amount with you before collecting payment.
Changes and cancellations
- To change or cancel, contact us before the order cutoff with your order ID.
Refunds
- If we can't fulfil your order, you get a 100% refund of anything you have paid.
- If you're not happy with the quality of your mutton, tell us and we'll refund the full amount.
Your details
- We use your name, flat number and phone number only to confirm and deliver this order. We don't share them or show them to other residents.
